Highlights ︎

A pilot program that caters to marginalised youth, helping them to navigate the world of work and careers.

OUTCOMES

We created a 12 weeks worth of teaching material for facilitators. This was a mammoth task of which I was responsible for:

  1. Conducting Focus Groups to understand teaching needs.
  2. Creating Learn-by-Choice experience and strategy.
  3. Designing the lesson plans and activities for 160 hours of the program.
  4. Templates & Production of interactive pdfs for the ‘Facilitators Manuals’.
  5. Designing ‘Student Handbook’ exercises as a supplement to lesson plans.
