BACKGROUND
How may we facilitate a smooth transition for suburbs that will be assimilated into Grand Paris?
The critical design research institute Civic-City and Hors Pistes13‘s initiative ‘Places en Relation’ with 10 participating schools who, in their respective cities have proposed speculative spatial intervantions with relation to its people.
Paris is changing. The proposal for including suburbs surround Paris into a ‘Grand Paris’ is underway. This project aims at not only documenting this change but also proposing a soft intervention to help the common people who will be affected in this monumental transition.
